Data & facts

• Position: on 1.371 m a.s.l. in a perfect panoramic spot in the Unesco Worldheritage Dolomites of Sesto in South Tyrol surroundet by meadows and woods
• Dimension: 72 rooms in different categories and 10 appartements all with a high standard from the double room (from 23 m²), the Suites and to the Familystudios (65 m²). All with balcony or terracce!
• Particular places: panorama swimming in the outdoor pool (32°) and outdoor whirlpool(35°), outdoor panoramasauna, spacious places with water, warmness and calm, the Zirm SPA & Badl, the extraordinary place for massages and beauty,  childrensworld, the place for the littles, the garden of silence between the Larch and Zirbe house, a place to come down...
• Particular programms: during summer our guided tours in the Dolomites included in the arrangement and in winter with the snowshoes

• Big breakfast with everything you desire - home made marmelades and jam, butter & honey from the valley, home made muslis, hams, sausages and cheeses, brioches, Cappucini & Caffè latte, flax seeds & plums, fresh fruits & fruit salad, huge choice of teas, front cooking of egg/omlette dishes, freshly squeezed juices...
• Gourmet menu from the mediterrean and tyrolean cuisine: we  use fresh & healty products, partly biological and mainly from regional farmers depending on the season and cultivate table culture. We only use ground products with a very high quality and we are not stingy on food - in case of doubt regional instead of biological
• Many salads and vegetables with different vinegars & balsamicos, different olive oils and flavoured oils
• Daily choise of antipasti 
• Buffet of desserts and sweets and a big choice of local cheeses with different mustards, also homemade
