Start at the Berghotel taking the bikeway towards Innichen/San Candio and after 2 km beyond the entrance in the Innerfeldvalley take a left up to the Haunold/Monte Baranci passing the ruins of the old Wildbad Innichen. Descending from the top on a small path passing the Jora hut to San Candido. Here starts the ascent using path nr. 4 to the Jägerhütte/Baita del Cacciatore and the Helm/Monte Elmo. Going back down passing the Lärchenhut/rifugio Larice – Panorama and the Helmhanghut/Rifugio Pendio Monte Elmo to Moso.
