Description of the way

From the Berghotel to church, take a right to the Café Kofler and to the funicular Croda Rossa. There we take the funicular to the Croda Rossa meadows. Down to the Rotwandwiesen hut and take the lower path nr. 100 which leads us to the Anderter Alp. Arriving at the Bellum Aquilarium Museum of the 1^st World War we enter into the rocks. Here you should plan some time to visit the museum and to watch the spectacular panorama.
On the crossroad we follow the way nr.122 down to the Fischlein valley for a short time until another crossroad to the way nr. 124, which we take at the right. This narrow little path brings us high above the Fischleinvalley to another cross, where the path on the right leads back to the Rotwandwisenhut, to the funicular and back to Berghotel.

Advises and suggestions

The hike varies a lot and it is much diversified – from flat to steep trails in the rocks and with wonderful views. As an alternative for return there is the upper path nr. 100, which is really nice and in the middle of the rocks but on 2 points exposed. With a stroller this tour is possible only back and return the lower path nr. 100 starting from the Rotwandwiesenhut. At the Rotwandwiese there is also a Reindeer compound with Reindeers for sledging with children in wintertime.
